Sh. Navin Kumar Sah completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering (Gold Medalist) degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. During his course work at the university, he completed & submitted two academic projects – Design of Industrial Roof Shed Steel Structure for a span of 20m & Analysis of Future Climate Data of Delhi.
He has worked for the Central Water Commission, Government of India as an Engineer for four years. Having expertise in Civil Engineering, particularly in specialized works such as Hydro-Meteorological Observation Works, Surveying & Investigation Works, Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Costing, Tendering Works etc.
During his tenure at the Central Water Commission, he completed several important projects for the Government of India, one of which was - 'Pre-Monsoon Cross-Sectional Survey work at various Proposed Irrigation Scheme Project Sites at Jharkhand'.
He has received more than ten international certificates in specialized engineering, management & environmental topics from the World Bank Group & the United Nations Institute for Training & Research (UNITAR) and other reputed institutions.
