Housing is the basic need of any person, more so for the Jawans, as they are retired from the service at a very young age.
=> Presently as per the record around 15% housing satisfaction is available for the entire Soldier's community of Defence
and CAPFs including NSG and SPG personnel available. Government taking various steps to increase housing
facilities. Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust serving the Soldiers Community for the last 7 years and extended various facilities
like School/College admission on discounted fee, Free legal guidance, Soldiers Widow Welfare fund, Ardh Sainik
Canteen, Ardh Sainik Pharmacy, etc.
Our priority is the welfare and rehabilitation of the Soldier's community. Therefore, to support the Government's
mission as well as to fulfil the housing need of the CAPFs and Defence Soldiers including NSG and SPG, the following
two types of Ardh Sainik Housing projects are designed to offer
1. Ardh Sainik Industrial Cantonment (AIC): An AIC to provide ready to start industry with a facility of residential villas, schools and other modern facilities.
2. Ardh Sainik Town (AST): An AST to provide residential villas and Ardh Sainik Sports School with all modern facilities
3. Ardh Sainik Farm Houses (ASF): Ardh Sainik Farm house will be allotted and acquired as per the demand received, so that Soldier may use that land for agriculture or for living purpose.

ArdhSainik Industrial Cantonment will consist of mainly FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products manufactured in a cluster manner that will be supplied all across the nation in various reputed stores like Ardh Sainik Canteen and as well in other OEM.However, the following Salient features will be developed in the AIC with the guidelines of the Local Government.
1. Ready to start Industry Plots with constructions and set up on demand including licence and permissions for Industry.

An AST will setup with appx land of 10 to 25 acre to provide residential villas on the basis of demand received for the city offered. However, the following Salient features will proposed to develop in AST with the guidelines of the Local Government.
